Villa Ciruela is a beautiful 4-bedroom villa with a rustic and Mediterranean style, perfect for enjoying all the comforts with the family. Located in the Monte Verde Villa Complex with a common area for children with swings and slides.
The villa is distributed over 2 levels, which is accessed by a small flight of stairs that leads to a beautiful covered terrace. With an American kitchen open to the living room, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The exterior has a private pool with built-in Roman stairs for better access, barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers to sunbathe and enjoy your stay.
With air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
It is located in the Tosalet area, close to large supermarkets and about 5 minutes by car from the well-known sandy beach El Arenal, with a wide variety of restaurants, shops and bars.
Playa del Arenal, located in the center of the bay of Xàbia, is the main tourist center and, without a doubt, the best known and most frequented by bathers, due to its fine sand and shallow waters.
Xàbia still retains its peculiar medieval layout, a network of narrow streets dotted with white facades, arched doorways, Gothic windows and wrought iron railings, all finished off by the characteristic "rough stone" of the area.

La piscina, la zona de las tumbonas y el porche. Que haya lavaplatos y lavadora. Que aunque hay que coger el coche para todo, porque no hay aceras, todo está cerca.

Las puertas de las habitaciones rozan en el suelo o se cierran con gran ruido. Se echan en falta mosquiteras, y mamparas de ducha en vez de cortina que se te pega al cuerpo porque la ducha es minúscula. Las cisternas tienen poca fuerza, apenas se llsee more

Las almohadas son finas y algunos colchones necesitarían cambiarse.
En la zona de la piscina estaría genial una ducha. El tostador funciona fatal, y no cabe bien el pan. |
