The villa is distributed on one floor and offers a spacious living-dining room, a very well-equipped independent kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. From the living room there is access to the pool area and the covered terrace.
The plot is completely fenced and the pool offers the perfect space to cool off and lie down. It also has a parking space within the plot. The villa is fully furnished and perfectly equipped with everything you need for a vacation near the beach. There is hot/cold air conditioning throughout the house and Wi-Fi Internet.
Located in a very quiet residential area you can find bars, restaurants and supermarkets and pharmacy just 700m away.
The center of Denia is about 9 km from the villa and can be easily reached by car in 15 minutes.
Dénia and its surroundings offer a wonderful infrastructure and a wide range of possibilities for your leisure time, a marina, a fish market, a beautiful old town, as well as an excellent gastronomic offer, without forgetting its nightlife. The 20 km of beach have possibilities for all tastes, areas to practice different water sports, beach bars, sunbathing areas, beautiful coves.
