On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower, full kitchen, dining room and living room with access to the covered terrace and garden and pool area. Within 500 meters of the villas you will find some shops, bars and restaurants. Beniarbeig is a municipality in the Marina Alta and a traditional mountain village, located at the entrance to the Vall de la Rectoria, ideal for hiking and mountain biking routes. La Vall de la Rectoria is one of the most beautiful valleys on the Costa Blanca, known for its great views, the beauty of its fields and the tranquility of its villages.
Just 10 minutes away is the "Les Deveses" beach, known for being the widest beach in Dénia, as well as for the quality of its fine, golden sand and the transparency of its waters. Dénia and its port are about 12 km away, where you will find a wide range of services, leisure and culture.
